Return Policy – Pakistan

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Must include original tags and packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days
